Abbreviated Comments: Things were a little calmer this week, as only 21 of 32 spots changed. 11 teams moved up, while 10 moved down. The Lions were the biggest risers, climbing 4 spots from #12 to #8. The Jets, Cowboys, and Browns each fell 3 spots. My #1 and #32 teams remained in place.
