Comments: The changes all seem pretty self-explanatory, but I will make a few brief comments about the first two weeks of the rankings.

For the second week in a row I switched out 3 teams. South Carolina returns to the rankings, while KSU and Mississippi State make their debuts. Alabama holds the #1 spot for the second straight week after ousting LSU in week 1.

Last week 14 of the 15 spots in the power rankings changed. This week only 8 of the 15 spots were different. Last week 7 teams moved up in the rankings, while only 4 teams moved up this week. 4 teams moved down while remaining in the top 15 in week 1, but this week only 1 team moved down in the rankings without dropping out all together.

Ohio State made the biggest climb in week 1 (+3 spots), while Clemson and Michigan State made the biggest moves this week (also moving up 3 spots). For the second week in a row an SEC team plummeted out of the rankings from the top 10. In week 1 it was #9 Florida dropping out; this week it was obviously #10 Arkansas.
